\nThe Department of Commerce shall publish a report on the use of funds in the One North Carolina Small Business Account on September 1 of each year until all funds have been expended. The report shall contain information on the disbursement and use of funds allocated under the One North Carolina Small Business Program. The report must be submitted to the following:\n(1) Repealed by Session Laws 2017-57, s. 14.1(z), effective July 1, 2017.\n(2) The chairs of the House of Representatives and Senate Finance Committees.\n(3) The chairs of the House of Representatives and Senate Appropriations Committees.\n(4) The Fiscal Research Division of the General Assembly.
