\nNo CMRS provider is required to provide enhanced 911 service until all of the following conditions are met:\n(1) The CMRS provider receives a request for the service from the administrator of a PSAP that is capable of receiving and utilizing the data elements associated with the service.\n(2) Funds for reimbursement of the CMRS provider's costs are available pursuant to G.S. 143B-1405.\n(3) The local exchange carrier is able to support the requirements of enhanced 911 service.
