\nThere is hereby created and established a division to be known as the Division of Health Services of the Department of Adult Correction. The Division shall have the powers and duties as are set forth in this Chapter and are prescribed by the Secretary of the Department of Adult Correction. (2021-189, s. 5.1(h).)
