\nThe following definitions apply in this Part:\n(1) Repealed by Session Laws 2019-32, s. 1(a), effective July 1, 2019.\n(2) Fund. – The North Carolina Land and Water Fund created pursuant to this Part.\n(3) Land. – Real property and any interest in, easement in, or restriction on real property.\n(4) Local government unit. – Defined in G.S. 159G-20.\n(5) Trustees. – The trustees of the North Carolina Land and Water Fund.
