; disposition of products from lands; rules.\nWhen lands are acquired or leased under G.S. 143B-135.22, the Department is hereby authorized to make expenditures from any funds not otherwise obligated, for the management, development and utilization of such areas; to sell or otherwise dispose of products from such lands, and to make such rules as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of G.S. 143B-135.22 to 143B-135.30.
