\n(a) As used in this part:\n(1) 'Commission' means the Marine Fisheries Commission.\n(2) 'Department' means the Department of Environmental Quality.\n(3) 'Fisheries Director' means the Director of the Division of Marine Fisheries of the Department of Environmental Quality.\n(4) 'Secretary' means the Secretary of Environmental Quality.\n(b) The definitions set out in G.S. 113-129 and G.S. 113-130 shall apply throughout this Part.
