§ 147.3

\n(a) Executive officers are either:\n(1) Civil;\n(2) Military.\n(b) Civil executive officers are:\n(1) General, or for the whole State;\n(2) Special, or for special duties in different parts of the State;\n(3) Local, or for a particular part of the State.\n(c) The general civil executive officers of this State are as follows:\n(1) A Governor;\n(2) A Lieutenant Governor;\n(3) Private secretary for the Governor;\n(4) A Secretary of State;\n(5) An Auditor;\n(6) A Treasurer;\n(7) An Attorney General;\n(8) A Superintendent of Public Instruction;\n(9) The members of the Governor's Council;\n(10) A Commissioner of Agriculture;\n(11) A Commissioner of Labor;\n(12) A Commissioner of Insurance.
