\nA proposition to approve an alteration shall be printed on the ballot in substantially the following form:\n'Shall the structure of the board of commissioners be altered? (Describe the effect of the alteration.)\n[] YES\n[] NO'\nThe ballot shall be separate from other ballots used at the election.\nIf a majority of the votes cast on the proposition are in the affirmative, the plan contained in the resolution shall be put into effect as provided in this Part.
