\nThe Authority may make recommendations to the General Assembly concerning additional revenue sources, including, but not limited to:\n(1) Annual vehicle registration fees;\n(2) Ad valorem taxes;\n(3) Local land transfer taxes;\n(4) Drivers license fees;\n(5) Sales taxes on automobile parts and accessories; and\n(6) Motor fuels taxes.\nAny additional revenue sources for an Authority must be approved by the General Assembly.
