\n(a) If the Commission determines that the holder of a license under this Article has violated any provision of this Article, the Commission, with at least 15 days' notice and a hearing, may do either or both of the following:\n(1) Suspend or revoke the license.\n(2) Impose a monetary penalty of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each violation.\n(b) Nonpublic record documents and materials that applicants and licensees submit to the Commission shall become public record if such materials are specifically identified by the Commission as providing a basis for a civil penalty, license suspension, license revocation, or other formal or informal enforcement action undertaken by the Commission against the licensee.
