\nIf any personal representative fails to give an additional bond or new bond or to furnish additional security as ordered by the clerk of superior court pursuant to the provisions of this Article, within the time specified in any such order (not less than five days or more than 15 days), the clerk of superior court shall proceed as provided in G.S. 28A-9-2.
