§ 52c-3-317

\nA tribunal of this State may:\n(1) Request a tribunal outside this State to assist in obtaining discovery; and\n(2) Upon request, may compel a person over whom it has jurisdiction to respond to a discovery order issued by a tribunal outside this State. (1995, c. 538, s. 7(c); 2015-117, s. 1.)
