\n(a) The Commissioner shall file, as a part of an annual report to the Governor, a list of the names of any State trust companies of which possession was taken and liquidated in the preceding year, the sum of unclaimed assets with respect to each State trust company, and all depositories of all sums coming into the hands of the Commissioner under the provisions of this Part.\n(b) The Commissioner shall, from time to time, compile and make available for public inspection reports showing the condition of State trust companies.
