\n(a) The articles of incorporation or the bylaws may be amended as provided in the bylaws. Amendments to the articles of incorporation or bylaws shall be submitted to the Administrator of Credit Unions who shall approve or disapprove the amendments within 60 days.\n(b) Amendments shall become effective upon approval in writing by the Administrator and no fee shall be charged for such approval.
