§ 54c-196

\nHolding companies are under the supervision of the Commissioner of Banks. The Commissioner of Banks shall exercise all powers and responsibilities with respect to holding companies which the Commissioner of Banks exercises with respect to savings banks. (1991, c. 680, s. 1; 2001-193, s. 16.)
