\nEach mortgage guaranty insurance company doing business in this State must file on a form prescribed by the Commissioner a Mortgage Guaranty Insurers Report of Policyholders Position. The supplemental reports shall be filed with the annual and quarterly statements pursuant to G.S. 58-2-165. (2005-215, s. 12.)
