§ 58-20-10

\nIn addition to other authority granted under Articles 1 through 64 of this Chapter, ten or more commercial fishermen who are members of an association may enter into contracts or agreements under this Article for the joint protection and retention of their risk for Hull Insurance, and Protection and Indemnity, and for the payment of losses or claims made against any member. Any group of commercial fishermen intending to organize and operate a Club under this Article shall give the Commissioner 30 days' advance written notification of its intention in a form prescribed by the Commissioner.
