\nNo policy of insurance other than life, annuity or accident and health may be written in North Carolina on a group plan which insures a group of individuals under a master policy at rates lower than those charged for individual policies covering similar risks. The master policy and certificates, if any, shall be first approved by the Commissioner and the rate, premiums or other essential information shall be shown on the certificate. (1945, c. 377.)
