\nIf, after a hearing pursuant to G.S. 58-39-80, the Commissioner determines that the insurance institution, agent, or insurance-support organization charged has engaged in conduct or practices in violation of this Article, he may issue an order requiring such insurance institution, agent, or insurance-support organization to cease and desist from the conduct or practices constituting a violation of this Article.
