\nNo policy of insurance issued upon any property shall be held void because of the failure to give notice to the company of a mortgage or deed of trust existing thereon or thereafter placed thereon, except during the life of the mortgage or deed of trust. (1915, c. 109, s. 4; C.S., s. 6440.)
