§ 58-46-25

\nWithin 10 days after July 2, 1969, the Commissioner shall appoint a temporary board of directors of the association, which temporary board of directors may prepare and submit a Plan of operation and articles of association in accordance with G.S. 58-46-20. (1969, c. 1284.)
