§ 58-62-76

\nThere is no liability by, and no cause of action of any nature arises against, any member insurer or its agents or employees, the Association or its agents or employees, members of the Board, the Commissioner or the Commissioner's representatives, or insurance regulators or their representatives, for any act or omission by them in the performance of their powers and duties under this Article. This immunity extends to the participation in any organization of one or more other state associations of similar purposes and to any such organization and its agents or employees.
