§ 58-67-25

\n(a) The Commissioner shall require a minimum deposit of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for all full service medical health maintenance organizations or such higher amount as he deems necessary for the protection of enrollees.\n(b) The Commissioner shall require a minimum deposit of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for all single service health maintenance organizations or such higher amount as he deems necessary for the protection of enrollees.\n(c) All deposits required by this section shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of this Chapter.
