\nNothing in this Article shall be construed as amending, repealing, or in any way affecting any laws now in force relating to the licensing of Motor Club Membership Sales Agents or to the licensing or regulation of insurance producers and insurance companies, as provided in Articles 1 through 64 of this Chapter.
