§ 58-7-46

\nAll domestic insurers organized under the laws of this Chapter shall provide the Commissioner written notice of any change that occurs in the position of president or chief executive officer of the insurer no later than 30 days after the change. Notice shall include the name of the insurer, the name of the person previously holding the position of president or chief executive officer, the name of the person currently holding the position, and the date the position change took place.
