\nEach and every surety for the release of a person on bail shall be qualified as:\n(1) An insurer and represented by a surety bondsman or bondsmen; or\n(2) A professional bondsman; or\n(3) An accommodation bondsman. (1963, c. 1225, s. 4; 1971, c. 1231, s. 1; 1975, c. 619, s. 1.)
