§ 58-72-45

\nWhen a vacancy is declared by the judge, he shall file a written statement of all his proceedings with the clerk of the board of commissioners, to be recorded by him. (1874-5, c. 120, s. 3; Code, s. 1887; Rev., s. 318; C.S., s. 332.)
