\nAny owner, owners, proprietor or keeper of any hotel or other building of like occupancy who fails to comply with any of the foregoing provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and punished only by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00). Each day of noncompliance herewith shall constitute a separate offense. (1947, c. 1066; 1993, c. 539, s. 475; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(c).)
