\nEach licensee shall:\n(1) Maintain adequate books and records regarding the licensee's duties and responsibilities, including accounting and employment records relating to all PEO agreement activities, for a minimum of three years.\n(2) Maintain and make available at all times to the Commissioner the following information, which shall be treated as proprietary and confidential and which is exempt from disclosure to persons other than other governmental agencies that have a reasonable, legitimate purpose for obtaining the information:\na. The correct name, address, and telephone number of each client company.\nb. Each client company contract or PEO agreement.\nc. A listing of each client company by classification code as described in the 'Standard Industrial Classification Manual' published by the United States Office of Management and Budget.
