\n(a) A licensee shall establish the terms of a PEO agreement by a written contract between the licensee and the client company.\n(b) The licensee shall give written notice of the agreement, by agreement or otherwise, as it affects assigned employees to each employee assigned to a client company work site.\n(c) Repealed by Session Laws 2013-413, s. 11.1(e), effective October 1, 2013.
