§ 58-93-105

\n(a) All applications, filings, and reports required under this Article shall be treated as public documents unless otherwise determined by the Commissioner to be proprietary information.\n(b) Information shared between the Department and DHHS under this Article is confidential and not open to public inspection under G.S. 132-6, unless the information is considered a public record under G.S. 132-1 or is otherwise subject to disclosure under the provisions of Chapter 132 of the General Statutes.\n(c) Information shared between the Department and DHHS under this Article that is not open to public inspection shall not be disclosed to any person unless otherwise agreed to by both the Commissioner and the Secretary of DHHS.
