§ 58-93-35

\n(a) All deposits required by this section shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of this Chapter.\n(b) The Commissioner shall require a minimum deposit of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) or such higher amount as the Commissioner determines to be necessary for the protection of enrollees.\n(c) For licensed health organizations, the deposit required by this section is in addition to any other deposit required by the Commissioner.\n(d) All deposits made pursuant to this section shall not be subject to G.S. 58-62-95.
