§ 68.46

\nFor the purposes of this Article, the terms 'outer banks of this State' shall be construed to mean all of that part of North Carolina which is separated from the mainland by a body of water, such as an inlet or sound, and which is in part bounded by the Atlantic Ocean. (1957, c. 1057, s. 4.)
