\nThe Attorney General may charge fees for the items listed in the following table, not to exceed the amounts listed in the table:\nItem Maximum Fee\nApplication for certification as $ 250.00\na campus police agency\nAnnual renewal of certification $ 200.00\nas a campus police agency\nApplication for reinstatement of $ 1,000\ncertification as a campus\npolice agency\nApplication for commission as a $ 100.00\ncampus police officer\nAnnual renewal of commission as $ 50.00\na campus police officer\nApplication for reinstatement of $ 150.00\ncommission as a campus police\nofficer\nThe fees imposed under this section are not refundable. Fees collected under this section shall be applied to the cost of administering this Chapter. (2005-231, s. 1.)
