\nThe commissions shall submit annual reports, including the annual audit required by G.S. 77-115 and any recommendations, on or before October 1 of each year to Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Agriculture and Natural and Economic Resources, the Fiscal Research Division of the General Assembly of North Carolina, and as provided by the State of South Carolina.
