\n(a) The Board may impose the following fees not to exceed the amounts listed below:\n(1) Application fee $100.00\n(2) Examination fee 250.00\n(3) Individual license fee and individual license renewal 100.00\n(4) Initial corporate, limited liability company, partnership,\nor trade name license 100.00\n(5) Corporate, limited liability company, partnership,\nor trade name license renewal 100.00\n(6) Late renewal fee 50.00\n(7) Reinstatement fee 250.00\n(8) License by reciprocity 250.00\n(9) Duplicate license 25.00\n(b) When the Board uses a testing service for the preparation, administration, or grading of examinations, the Board may charge the applicant the actual cost of the examination services and a prorated portion of the examination fee.
