\n(a) The Board shall determine fees for the following services that shall not exceed the amounts specified in this section:\nApplication $ 50.00\nLicense 85.00\nRenewal 85.00\nRestoration 110.00\nReplacement license 50.00\nSeal 30.00.\n(b) The Board may charge the applicant the actual cost of preparation, administration, and grading of examinations for soil scientists, in addition to its other fees.
