\nA veterinary medical practice may be conducted as a sole proprietorship, by a partnership, or by a duly registered professional corporation.\nWhenever the practice of veterinary medicine is carried on by a partnership, all partners must be licensed.\nIt shall be unlawful for any corporation to practice or offer to practice veterinary medicine as defined in this Article, except as provided for in Chapter 55B of the General Statutes of North Carolina.
