\nThe Board may issue a license as a marriage and family therapist or a marriage and family therapy associate by reciprocity to any person who applies for the license as prescribed by the Board and who at all times during the application process:\n(1) Has been licensed for five continuous years and is currently licensed as a marriage and family therapist or marriage and family therapy associate in another state.\n(2) Has an unrestricted license in good standing in the other state.\n(3) Has no unresolved complaints in any jurisdiction.\n(4) Has passed the National Marriage and Family Therapy examination.
