\nThe Board shall adopt and publish, in the manner established by its rules and regulations, fees reasonably necessary to cover the cost of services rendered for the following purposes:\n(1) For an initial application, a fee not to exceed ten dollars ($10.00).\n(2) For issuance of an initial license, a fee not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).\n(3) For the renewal of a license, a fee not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).\n(4) For the late renewal of a license, a fee not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).\n(5) Expired.\n(6) For copies of Board rules and licensure standards, charges not to exceed the actual cost of printing and mailing.
