\nFor the purpose of making applicable in the State the early opt-in provisions of Title 4 of the 'Health Care Quality Improvement Act of 1986,' P.L. 99-660, the State elects to exercise on October 1, 1987, the provisions of Title 4, Section 411(c)(2)(A) of that act to promote good faith professional review activities.
