§ 90-21-87

\nIf the woman upon whom an abortion is to be performed is an unemancipated minor, the voluntary and informed written consent required under G.S. 90-21.82 or G.S. 90-21.83A shall be obtained from the minor and from the adult individual who gives consent pursuant to G.S. 90-21.7(a).
