§ 90-21-120

\nThe following definitions apply in this Article:\n(1) Abortion. – As defined in G.S. 90-21.81.\n(2) Attempt to perform an abortion. – As defined in G.S. 90-21.81.\n(3) Woman. – As defined in G.S. 90-21.81. (2013-366, s. 3(a); 2023-14, s. 1.4(a).)
