§ 90.736

\n(a) Each individual desiring to obtain a license under this Article shall apply to the Board in accordance with the procedure and rules prescribed by the Board. Each applicant shall furnish evidence satisfactory to the Board that the applicant meets all of the following criteria:\n(1) The individual is of good moral character and conducts all professional activities in accordance with accepted professional and ethical standards.\n(2) The individual has not engaged in any practice at any time that would be a ground for denial, revocation, or suspension of a license under G.S. 90-742.\n(3) The individual has submitted the required criminal history record, as required by G.S. 90-744.\n(4) The individual is qualified for licensure under the requirements of this Article.\n(b) A license obtained through fraud or by any false representation is void. (2021-22, s. 1(a).)
