\nThe Board may apply to the Superior Court of Wake County for an injunction to prevent violations of this Article or any rules enacted by the Board. The court is empowered to grant injunctions regardless of whether criminal prosecution or other action has been or may be instituted as a result of the violation. (2021-22, s. 2(a).)
