\n(a) The Controlled Substances Reporting System Fund is created within the Department as a special revenue fund. The Department shall administer the Fund. The Department shall use the Fund only for operation of the controlled substances reporting system and to carry out the provisions of this Article.\n(b) The Fund shall consist of the following:\n(1) Any moneys appropriated to the Fund by the General Assembly.\n(2) Any moneys received from State, federal, private, or other sources for deposit into the Fund.\n(c) All interest that accrues to the Fund shall be credited to the Fund. Any balance remaining in the Fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the Fund and shall not revert to the General Fund. (2017-74, s. 12.)
