Effective: January 1, 1974 Latest Legislation: House Bill 511 - 109th General Assembly Except as provided in sections 2909.11 and 2913.61 of the Revised Code, when an evidence of debt or a written instrument is the subject of a criminal act, the amount of money due on the evidence of debt or the written instrument or secured thereby, or the amount of money or the value of property affected thereby, shall be deemed the value of the evidence of debt or the written instrument.
