Effective: August 26, 1977 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 112th General Assembly (A) Wherever in a penalty section reference is made to a violation of a series of sections, or of divisions or subdivisions of a section, such reference shall be construed to mean a violation of any section, division, or subdivision included in such reference.(B) References in the Revised Code to action taken or authorized under designated sections of the Revised Code include, in every case, action taken or authorized under the applicable section of the General Code which is superseded by the Revised Code.
