Effective: May 22, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 185 - General Assembly The third week of July is designated as 'Ohio Aggregates and Industrial Minerals Awareness Week' in order to educate the public about, increase public awareness of, and recognize the important contributions of the state's aggregates and industrial minerals industry to construction and transportation and to the state's economic viability and to recognize the industry's environmentally responsible stewardship of the state's resources.
