Effective: February 15, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 244 - 131st General Assembly The tenth day of November is designated as Armed Services, Peace Officer, First Responder, and Dual Service Recognition Day for individuals who have served, or who are serving, in the armed services and also have served, or who are serving, as a police officer or other first responder.
